Privacy policy.

What we collect

• Account: email address + password hash.
• Product telemetry: anonymised usage events (feature clicks, error rates) so we can fix bugs.
• Cell data you upload: CAD files, robot programs, I/O profiles. Stored encrypted, scoped to your account, never shared across tenants.
• Audit trail: every GUARDED / RESTRICTED action routed through RCP is logged — per safety requirements (ISO 10218, IEC 62443). You can export or delete the audit trail at any time.

What we don’t do

• We don’t sell your data. Ever.
• We don’t use your cell data to train public models without explicit opt-in consent.
• We don’t embed third-party trackers on this website or in the IDE.

Your rights

• Export everything at any time (one click in Settings).
• Delete your account + all data within 30 days.
• Request a full data dump for GDPR / CCPA compliance by emailing info@robot-io.com.

Third-party services

We use: Anthropic Claude (AI inference), Pinecone (vector search), Supabase (auth + storage), Vercel (hosting). Each handles the minimum data needed for its function. Full subprocessor list on request.

Changes

If this policy changes, we’ll email every registered user at least 14 days before the change takes effect.
